Art Therapy

Art Therapy is a form of Psychotherapy that uses art to explore feelings or past events that could be too painful to explain. With art you can show the emotion through colour, image or sound. It is a wonderful creative therapy that incorporates many different mediums from movement and bodywork to painting and clay. It enables your unconscious thoughts to gently emerge and be witnessed, validating your experiences. Art Therapy promotes inner healing, helping to bring about positive and lasting change in your relationships and your life.

Breathwork for Therapy

Breathwork is a guided practice of consciously controlling your breathing patterns to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being.  We can use breathwork in therapy to help you relax and calm your nervous system, to give you strategies to use outside of therapy and the help you find some stillness in your mind.

Breathwork has many benefits for both mental and physical health such as: reduced stress, increased relaxation, enhanced self-awareness and emotional healing and improved lung function.

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)

CCB is a therapeutic breathing technique where the inhale and exhale are intentionally connected without any pauses, creating a continuous, circular breathing pattern. This process allows you to access and release emotional blockages, leaving you feeling calm and relaxed. There are many other benefits to this practice including improved focus and presence, increased energy and enhanced immune function.

No prior experience is needed, you will simply breathe and relax as I guide you through this transformative journey. Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore the power of your breath.
