I hold a Master’s degree in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy from the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education (IATE), as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Promoting Emotional Wellbeing in Children and Families from the Tavistock and Portman Clinic. Additionally, I am a Certified Breathwork Facilitator, having completed 400 hours of specialised training with Alchemy of Breath.
My professional experience spans 25 years and includes roles as a youth worker, Family Support Service Manager, and therapist, working with adults, adolescents, children and families across the NHS, charity sector, and local authority settings.
With over two years' experience supporting clients affected by domestic violence, childhood abuse, and sexual abuse with the charity ‘One in Four’, I am considered a Trauma-Informed Specialist Therapist.
In addition I have two years experience in the Charity sector working with adults with various learning disabilities, neurodiversity and complex trauma.
I have worked extensively with depression, anxiety, bereavement, PTSD, divorce and separation, ADHD, autism, and supporting survivors of sexual abuse, domestic violence, and exploitation. I am registered with the HCPC and BAAT and I am committed to continuing my professional development to provide the most effective support for my clients.
