About Me

I am an Art Therapist and Breathwork Facilitator who loves finding what works best for you. Together we will build a trusting relationship, moving forward at a pace you are comfortable with. You are the expert in your life so I will be guided by you.

I am compassionate and committed to helping you navigate through life's challenges. I offer a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to work towards positive change.

I use various art mediums, breathwork techniques and theoretical approaches, including: psychodynamic, somatic, gestalt and person centred as well as conscious connected breathwork and nervous system regulation.

I love to work with the arts using movement, paint, clay, music, sand tray and anything else that could be helpful in your healing journey. This includes talking and thinking together about difficult life events.
